This is an excellent app with even better customer support. We love how we can automate shipping charges in different zones, and how we can excluder certain areas that we don't service. The checkout map is also super handy for our purposes. The best part is by far the customer service, Joe worked tirelessly to solve an issue that was created by another third party app. He got it solved quickly and was very responsive.
