海外発送用に利用させていただいております。 弊社の場合、商品のHSコード（統計品目）がほぼ同じであるため、Ship&CoのWebサイトで商品の寸法・重量を入力するだけで各クーリエの配送ラベルやインボイスが簡単に作成できますし、各クーリエの料金比較もできます。 発送作業の効率化の観点から、輸出されている会社には必須のアプリだと思います。

今日から本格的に使用を開始しました。 使用前に全商品に対してHSコードを登録する必要があり、それなりの手間がかかりましたが、その手間を大幅に上回る効果が得られそうです。 毎日のルーティーン作業の中で、FedExの送り状を作成する時間が地味に長く、憂鬱な時間でした。Ship&coを利用すると、これまでの10分の1くらいの時間で済みそうです。 日々の業務を劇的に変えてくれるかもしれない！ととても嬉しいです。 浮いた時間をマーケティングや新商品アップに回すことができるのは非常に嬉しいです。 また、問い合わせについても毎回丁寧に回答をいただき、助かっています。 今後はFedExの追跡情報が適切に反映されるかどうか、引き続き確認したいと思います。 ありがとうございました。

越境ECをされている方には本当におすすめのアプリです！ このアプリを入れてから、伝票作成の手間が大幅に減りましたし、トラッキング機能も分かりやすい為に、出荷ミスも減りました。月額料金も良心的ですし、カスタマーサポートもしっかりしています。越境ECで苦労している方は１度試してみるとその良さがわかると思います。 今後も更に効率的になるような小さなアップデートもちょこちょこあるのではないかとも期待してます。

困ったことに対してのリスポンスが大変早く、丁寧に説明をくださり助かりました。 画面の解読に少し時間がかかりますが、慣れたら理解できるようになりました。まだ、国内配送しか経験しておりませんが、越境配送になっても心強いアプリです。

Great app, easy to install and to use, with responsive support. With it's seamless integration with shopify and the forwarders api, it make B2C worldwide shipping a breeze. I would recommand it anytime.

送り状の発行業務が劇的に速くなりました。 このアプリを使うまでは、一覧からCSVをエクスポートし、文字コードを変換してから運送業者のシステムに取り込んで発行していました。 しかし、Ship&Coを使えば、チェックを入れて発行ボタンを押すだけで、数秒で送り状を発行することができます。 手順的には1/10くらいです。 忙しくなるほど重宝するので、手放せません。

各郵送会社を網羅しておりまた大変使いやすく、困った時にはサポートは日本人の方に的確・迅速に対応していただいています。 このサービスがなくてはお店は成り立ちません。 自動の送料設定などもっと簡単にできるといいな、と思いましたがそれはワガママかも知れません。

I was looking for a way to automate label printing with possibility to integrate with local shipping company (in Japan) since I'm aiming at domestic shipping only. Mind you, I was really wondering how I would achieve that as ... then I found Ship&Co. The app workflow is crystal clear, and documentation on how to use specific features is simple and straightforward. The integration with local shipping company (Japan post in my case) is flawless and convincing. Icing on the cake, Thomas patiently provides advice and help every time I need it and in no time. It's a real pleasure working with him, and I mean it. Now I have a way to print genuine Japan post labels in bulk with minimum efforts, while offering a solution to my customers to automatically get their tracking number from their account and shipping confirmation e-mails as well. All in all, a very professional solution at a more-than-reasonable price. Definitely recommended to anyone in need.

We have been using Ship&Co for 2 years now and cannot think of going back to any other solution. The interface is simple & intuitive, and the integrations with other carriers is flawless (many other apps do not keep up with carrier updates causing issues), and in the few cases we had questions, customer support was able to help right away.

Ship＆co は、またベータ版のときから7年以上使っていますが、このアプリがないと生産力が著しく低下すると思っています！！ Shopifyのアプリは３０以上入れて使っていますが、生産性コストでいうと、このアプリが一番高いですし、一度使ったらもう前に戻ることはできません！ 海外のキャリア、国内のキャリアすべてに対応しているので、素晴らしいです！これからも愛用させていただきます。 迷っている方はぜひ利用されることをオススメします。

I use this to ship from the US internationally with UPS. It does a much better job of integrating with UPS than Shopify Shipping, and makes filling out the commercial invoice much easier.

We have used this app for several years now and it has been very beneficial in saving us time printing shipping labels. Having this one app allows us to print labels to various shipping couriers for our customers worldwide. I'm also very appreciative to the quick English and Japanese support available as well.
