We have been using ShipHub for 1.5 years and lately no one answers when you send messages/emails and there is no other provided way to contact them. The chat window on the site when I submitted my inquiry said they would respond within 3 to 5 hours and it's now been 5 days. I sent a follow-up this morning and it hasn't been read at the end of day. The service provided has slipped greatly from when we joined.

Can't say enough great things about Shane and the team at ShipHub. Incredible rates for shipping within Canada - easily better than anything we've found. Customer service responds fast with solutions and pickups are a breeze!

Great rates (often better than Canada Post, Fedex, Purolator, and UPS), great customer service, great pick-up service. Very happy with our switch over to Shiphub and their commitment to making shipping more manageable and easier to navigate.

Great service, good rates, great chat box (customer service representative responds in a timely manner), shipping speeds is the best I've seen over all the other competitors, making shipping labels is a easy process as well as requesting pickups.
