Asiakaspalvelun kautta otettiin nopeasti yhteyttä ja neuvottiin perusteellisesti kuinka saada kaikki pelittämään oikein. Sovellus toimii nyt, kuten pitääkin. Mappingissä pientä häikkää vain ja toimii, mutta joissain täytyy kirjoittaa identtisesti toimitustapojen nimet, mutta ei anna valikosta valita suoraan, vaikka näkyykin. Kuitenkin homma toimii siis kirjoittamalla identtisesti oikein nimet.
