The reviews for the Shopify App highlight the quick and thorough customer service provided, which helped the users set up the app correctly. The app is now functioning as expected. However, there are some minor issues with mapping, where users have to write delivery method names identically for them to work, as the selection from the menu doesn't always function properly. Despite this, the app works well once the names are entered correctly.
