We have been using Shipmate for our shipping operations and it has been an excellent platform. It integrates smoothly with our workflow and makes managing consignments and courier bookings much easier. The interface is straightforward and reliable, which is important when handling a high volume of orders. One of the biggest advantages is being able to manage multiple carriers in one place, which saves a lot of time and helps keep our fulfilment process organised. The support team have also been responsive whenever we’ve needed assistance. Overall, Shipmate has been a great solution for streamlining our shipping and logistics.

Shipmate has proven a real time saver for our business and works really well. We have experienced the odd service issue in our long term (4+ years) usage, but they have always been addressed and resolved very swiftly by the easily reachable dev team.
