We’ve been using Shipmates for over 2 years now, way before they even launched this Shopify app. The experience has been good for us either way, but before, installation was just more tedious by manually inputting the API keys. When they finally made this plugin, I tried reinstalling it and it was definitely easier. The best thing for me about Shopify integration is the automatic syncing of unfulfilled orders. Before Shipmates, I either had to retype the customer’s information in booking platforms for individual couriers like LBC or on the mobile app of GrabExpress. Overall, great app. It makes managing orders from multiple stores much easier. It took me some time to set up and learn, but afterwards, almost everything runs on autopilot. Customer support is another thing I love about Shipmates. Since shipping issues are unavoidable at times, I appreciate how responsive customer support is, and we even have a dedicated account manager to help with urgent concerns. It definitely helped us organize our shipping process better, especially when I need to delegate to my team.

As a user of Shipmates, my experience with the app has been overwhelmingly negative, particularly due to its inability to sync orders from Shopify online to the Shipmates dashboard using the beta version. This issue has caused significant frustration and inefficiency in my business operations. First and foremost, the lack of seamless integration between Shopify and Shipmates is incredibly disappointing. The whole purpose of using such an app is to streamline processes and automate tasks, but Shipmates fails to deliver on this fundamental aspect. Instead of effortlessly syncing orders as promised, I find myself constantly having to manually input data into the Shipmates dashboard, which not only wastes valuable time but also increases the likelihood of errors. Furthermore, the beta version of the syncing feature seems to exacerbate the problem rather than solve it. One would expect a beta release to iron out any kinks and provide a smoother experience, but in the case of Shipmates, it only seems to add another layer of complexity and instability. It's incredibly frustrating to deal with constant bugs and glitches while trying to manage orders and fulfill customer requests. Overall, I cannot recommend Shipmates to anyone who relies on Shopify for their online business operations. The lack of reliable syncing capabilities severely hampers productivity and introduces unnecessary headaches into an already demanding workflow. Until these issues are addressed and resolved, I will be actively seeking alternative solutions that can actually deliver on their promises.
