My Store review for ShipMaxx: Simplified Shipping

Very poor and misleading service. I paid for express delivery, but my first shipment was sent via surface service instead. I was overcharged. No refund. Customer support was ineffective and avoided responsibility. The positive reviews online do not reflect the real service experience at all. Based on my experience, Shipmaxx is unreliable. Proceed with extreme caution before trusting them with your shipments.
