It is best app on shopify app store for tracking and notify order status, team are very helpful towards any concern and issue while integrating this app on your store.

I used it for about 5 minutes and it wouldn't pull in any of my fulfilled orders so I cancelled the order.

Great app! It shows me all my shipments at once and it's so affordable too! I can now conveniently check all my shipments at one go, and see how many orders have been delivered.

I had a painful experience trying to figure out how to set this add up, no good tutorials, no good youtube videos explaining how. After spending almost 3 hours on it, I found out that it was not worth it. I'm out of this trouble. My 7track.net tracking page will do the job.
Dear Chad, We apologize for the inconvenience caused. The idea behind this app is to have the entire tracking management built within your Shopify store. The app lets you use your own email server to ensure your customers receive the live tracking emails in their inbox and not in their spam folder. You seem to have got stuck in the SMTP configuration. We tried reaching you to help you with the configuration. Also, the easiest way to obtain SMTP credentials would be to request your email provider. As discussed, we look forward to another opportunity to help you streamline your after shipment tracking process.

This is a great app. I was manually entering tracking numbers into other programs like 17 Track and Package Mapper just to save money. This app is affordable and the customer service is awesome. I asked for two features to be added to the App and they added them. Give this app a try !
