Altid en super god og hurtig hjælp, når der er noget der brænder på. Kan kun anbefale Shipmondo, har brugt dem gennem flere år.

Havde brug for hjælp til teknisk opsætning, og fik fantastisk hjælp, der lige har sparet mig for mange timers arbejde. Både hurtigt og ubesværet. Tak for det.

Kanon kundeservice. Fik hjælp til fejlsøgning og opsætning af Zebra labelprinter, og nu virker det helt perfekt. Khan var fantastisk!

Ojojoj! Vilken service! Detta är den bästa servicen jag nånsin varit med om. Helt outstanding. Kan som är svensk på shipmondos kundservice är något annat, vilket engagemang! 10/10

Det fungere bare og hvis der opstår spørgsmål mm. Så kan man altid ringe til dem over telefonen. Kan kun anbefale det :-)

Enkelt att komma igång även om det är många inställningar att ha koll på. Väldigt bra support, både via mail och telefon.

A fab app with fantastic support. Shipping can be a bit of a headache with an online store but Shipmondo and the staff really help to make it a lot easier. Definitely recommend.

I looked at various apps roughly doing the same. Probably I will update this review once I have used it for a while. So far I can say that this is a serious app considering, even though I am not using this app to it's full potential (yet). For small companies this is the cheapest shipping solution. Using the platform is costing close the 0. When using their shipping agreements with UPS and DHL, no other broker can match the prices I get though their platform and NO subscription fees!! 0!! Besides using their agreements with UPS and DHL I am also using my own agreement with DBSchenker. update: after a year of using it I only get more positive: Shipmondo sends automated personiised sms and email messages when we start processing the order, when it is packed, when it is send with tracking, sends the tracking to shopify, is able to split up orders in multiple fulfiments, sends this data also to shopify, etc Created a monthly Invoice, shipments are paid from the account we have with them, so everything is paid when label is created, so we never get reminders. This simplifies our bookkeeping tremendously.

Nemt at bruge, også med egne fragtaftaler, nem at komme i kontakt med og hurtig løsning af fejl, hvis de opstår

This is an amazing app! But you have to know what the app is intended to do. The app makes it possible to link the shopify store to the shipping companies so you can manage the orders and print the shipping lables from the differnt carriers, from one place! The support is really good. Sometimes it can take 15-20 minutes before they answer the phone, but when they do they always help out.
