We’ve been working with ShipMonk for over half a year now and their commitment to customer service and reliability has truly impressed us. During the recent Canada Post strike—an incredibly challenging time for our business—ShipMonk went above and beyond to ensure our operations continued without disruption. They seamlessly transitioned our shipments to FedEx Ground the same day, giving us peace of mind and ensuring our customers weren’t left waiting. The onboarding process with ShipMonk was challenging, but it's understandable, given the breadth of industries they serve. They’ve designed their systems to cater to various needs, and their effort to ensure everything works smoothly is worth it. What stands out most is their accommodating nature and their support for our team. ShipMonk consistently demonstrates a willingness to adapt and go the extra mile, which is rare in logistics. We truly enjoy working with them. If you’re looking for a partner that truly prioritizes your success, ShipMonk is a fantastic choice. I used ShipMonk as my 3PL for a silver jewelry company for almost 2 years... To start with, the onboarding was really frustrating and took WAY longer than the expectation that was set. Then we spent weeks changing the processes because their fulfillment team could not comprehend the proper way to package our simple items in their boxes correctly, despite documents and videos being provided. We stuck with it because we figured it was an "investment" that would pay off once we got it right. So we did stick with it, until I had virtually no other choice than to cancel them and get my inventory back due to the amount of my items that went "missing" while in their possession. My customers would regularly receive empty boxes, even though our in-house team packaged them and sealed them. This caused a lot of issues and multiple poor reviews. AND, when we finally received all of our remaining inventory back, not only was everything extremely dusty, but DOZENS of items were missing from the expected line sheet that they provided. Unfortunately, I think their staff is ruining what could be a great service, because the platform was excellent. But they have crooked staff in the fulfillment department and some lazy/uninterested staff in their customer service department. If left 2 stars because I have to give them credit for their great Shopify integration and really user friendly dashboard and because, once we finally got the process down, the fulfillment was working well. But, until they get rid of their bad apples, prevent the dust from piling up on the products in the warehouse, and hire some customer service reps that actually care, they will continue to get poor feedback.

The Shipmonk team is lazy, messy, sloppy and corrupt. They do not use FIFO for picking and packing inventory. They regularly lose goods. Their packing is outrageously sloppy, they have regular billing errors, Their inventory data is always wrong, they will never give you credit if they lose your inventory and worst of all they make it almost impossible to leave. In order to terminate a relationship with them you need to hire them to pick and pack all your goods. They make this experience take a very very very long time and during the process they charge you minimum fees, storage fees and also make other billing errors. If you don't overpay based on their billing errors they stop the work to get your goods out. I've been trying to get my inventory back from them for over 6 months, and they are making it next to impossible. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CROOKED COMPANY!

We transitioned to Shipmonk after Flexport was unable to accommodate our fulfillment needs. Nikki and her team are responsive and on point, thank you for providing the warehouse experience we've been looking for!
