Cannot say enough great things about the team at ShipNerd! Not only has the integration with ShipNerd saved us numerous hours on order fulfillment, but the savings on shipping are literally second to none. I'm not joking, you're wasting money by not having ShipNerd on your team! To take it a step further, they offer the best customer support we've seen in the shipping industry. Anytime we have any issues with a package they are happy to help, or sometimes will even reach out to us first if there any problems with customs/lost packages. I'm always happy to reach out to them via email/phone for support knowing they will take care of us. Finally, they actually listen to what you need! We are a 19+ business and requested if they would implement signature verification on delivery. Within no time at all, it was up and running.
