Cavalry AI Customer Support

While we’ve tried other simpler AI tools previously, we were looking for a partner specialized in retail to help automate the most tickets possible as we have a lot of complex issues. We are happy to have found a true partner with Cavalry.

Cavalry has made my life so much easier. Having a lean team on our company, it's great to know we have Cavalry offering customer support 24/7 in real-time. It has a higher CSAT than our previous outsourced agency while also being much more affordable.

Shipped AI has been phenomenal at supporting us through our AI CX journey. I appreciate their willingness to listen and adjust and help figure things out as they arise. We’re an incredibly seasonal business, I was looking for a solution to help minimize the number of tickets humans needed to intervene to resolve. Company cant seem to get their story straight. At first they were having delays because our site has a sidebar, then it's suddenly incompatible after 2 weeks of waiting for the install. It seems to me that they have no clue what they are doing. Avoid this company like the plague.

So far, three weeks, the experience has been incredibly smooth and well-managed. Customers are happy and we're happy too! I was a bit skeptical, because we don't love using outside companies to handle any part of our customer experience journey. The Shipped team has been so great though. Very responsive and thoughtful throughout onboarding and testing. We've had a few settled claims, and everything was very seamless. Definitely recommend!

This app does everything we need. The visual status of our shipments has been a great tool and helped reduce shipping questions. In addition, our customers love the ship shield, provides peace of mind for everyone invloved.
