I've been trying to contact support for weeks and this week the app stopped working, I can't edit anything, we have customers from new areas that we want to add to the list of zip codes but the app doesn't work. We are losing customers!
We're really sorry to hear of the difficulties you've had with our app. This definitely doesn't sound like the service we try to provide to our merchants. As you can see on other reviews, we are known for taking ownership and caring deeply about our merchants. It was an uncommon instance from our hosting service provider. We tried contacting you multiple times after this instance, we got bounced email from sugerencias@alacenademonica.com. We tried other two emails as well, we didn't hear back. Probably they too not delivered/in contact? Hopefully you can read here this after months of our email follow up. Our apologies again for the inconvenience caused 😞. We can't fix the past but we would love to make things right if you give us another chance.

The best app in Shopify app store I would, Morethan the features, their support is awesome. Blindly go for it, their support team will help you with things. Had an awesome experience with their team and the app does what it is supposed to do.

We were looking for an App that would specifically allow us to block certain zip codes without having to enter all of the ones we deliver to (which is thousands). Cooper replied quickly, and helped us tweak the look of the boxes to be perfectly aligned on both mobile and desktop versions of our website in only a couple of minutes! (AND on a Saturday evening, no less!) He was super-friendly and even asked if we needed anything else when he was done. You just don't typically get that treatment in customer service nowadays. We are thrilled by the results - no coding needed! This was the perfect solution for our business, and we can even specify which products to apply our zip codes to. For the extremely low price point, don't hesitate to try this App!

This comes handy when you don't want to manage big list and you know sure which places you don't serve. We have a big ticket product which we only deliver ourselves - so it's important for our customers to find out if we can deliver to them. This app was just what I was looking for. And when I needed a little bit of a tweak to it, customer support got it done in minutes. Great to work with and an excellent app.

Small business owner here. This app was so easy to install! Their design is outstanding! Usually 3rd party apps are clunky and they don't blend well with custom websites' themes. Zipprover felt like it belonged to our theme. Perfect integration and outstanding live chat customer service. Not the one you have to wait 1 day to get a reply. Good job guys!

This app is brilliant, it does exactly what is says it should do and is very easy to use I would highly recommend it for those businesses wanting to control their ship to destinations whilst still engaging professionally prospective clients. Lastly Rajesh is extremely responsive and helpful, nothing seems to be too much trouble for him

The team was really helpful to make some custom changes for us. They moved the app just above the 'add to cart' button in the product page and also put some restriction on customers from unserviceable areas to make a purchase. Thank you Zipprover!

Great app! Ease of installation. Cute look with the little icons. My fonts appeared right, even though they're added using another app. I was surprised at that. And great service!
