Stole $800 from us when they refused to refund shipping labels they canceled. Use someone else.

So far so good. We switched to ShippingEasy after working with a low-cost budget label creating software but they were incredibly analog and took way too long to create, sync, and print labels with Shopify. ShippingEasy has allowed us to cut our fulfillment time by over half. The features I particularly like are the automation of label creation based on rules, and InstantLabel which will automatically print the labels. This has allowed us to go from creating each label one-by-one, copying tracking over to Shopify, and printing and packing with our old system (~1.5 hrs a day before being able to pack), to now coming in each day and having all the labels automatically created, printed, synced, and ready to ship. There are still some things that need to be addressed (like some orders not being synced automatically...I've been waiting on a fix for this one for the last 3 months) but overall, I really don't have much to complain about.

Avoid this company. They want to charge you money to access your own data. You can pay $14 a month and sign up for a marketing app that is tied to it, but overall how it works. You supply data of customers for shipments. It wants to charge you to access that data in meaningful report - $14. Yuck.

I have been using Shipping Easy since 2015 on a different platform. I had 2 requirements when it was time to upgrade to Shopify. One is eBay integration and the other is ShippingEasy integration. I setup ShippingEasy to automatically provide custom packing slips for Shopify sales and eBay sales. Also, I offer rebates for some of my products which ShippingEasy prints at the same time as the packing slips. ShippingEasy prints the labels on my Zebra printer and provides a "Pay on Use" return label for the rebate products. The Zebra label printer and my Brother inkjet printer are attached to my desktop and ConnectEasy sends the labels and packing slips to the printers simultaneously. I use the ShippingEasy app on the phone or laptop when I'm out of town. The labels and slips are printed at the office and waiting for my partner to fulfill the orders. Returns are easy too. It takes 2 clicks to email a return label to a customer. It takes time to setup ShippingEasy to the level it's set for my shop, but it's time well spent.

be careful, they never tell you they will charge you 5 per month even if you don't use it. And after you cancel it, they keep charging, it took me three months to completely get them to stop charging.
