ShipRelease ‑ Order Release
ShipRelease is an app designed to automate unpaid and manual-payment order release workflows into ShipStation. It allows merchants to set release rules based on various criteria such as payment status, gateway text, tags, and risk level. The app monitors Shopify order webhooks, waits for ShipStation import when necessary, and releases matching orders safely. Additionally, ShipRelease provides an operations dashboard, dry-run simulator, retry tools, audit timeline, and support diagnostics.

This is a great app to save our warehouse staff time from tediously sorting through orders that are in ShipStation waiting for payment queue. We warehouse and ship products for corporations that we invoice, so when the orders are sent from Shopify to ShipStation, they come as not paid. This app bypasses that and sends the order to the waiting to ship queue. The team is great to work with.
