I am trying to create an Engage my account but I am not able to create the WhatsApp Engage Account. Shopify support failed to assist me.

Suddenly the app stopped working as expected after few days. Whatapp number that was associated earlier does not show up and no order verification message is being send now. New order does not even show up on Order list section. Raised ticket but no response until now.

Pathetic app. I have connected my razorpay in the app but i dont need razorpay link to send. There is no option to disconnect. I contacted support mail as well. No one respond. Pathetic customer suport.
