Very poor support experience. The team is unable to handle customers professionally. My account manager, Komal, handled the issue irresponsibly and kept shifting all the blame to the tech team instead of doing her part. There was no ownership, no proper follow-up, and no solution. Overall support quality is disappointing. I would rather go with smaller companies like 11za that actually value customer service. even the reactivation process becomes hurdle, team confirm that my account is reactivated, after 6-7 hrs, its still deactivated.

Suddenly the app stopped working as expected after few days. Whatapp number that was associated earlier does not show up and no order verification message is being send now. New order does not even show up on Order list section. Raised ticket but no response until now.

Pathetic app. I have connected my razorpay in the app but i dont need razorpay link to send. There is no option to disconnect. I contacted support mail as well. No one respond. Pathetic customer suport.

I would highly recommend this app for any upcoming and established D2C Brand that wants to easily and automatically increase customer engagement and convert traffic into sales. Automated clean messaging for Pre ship and Post ship support , clean interface, Abandoned cart messaging system, COD to Prepaid etc etc and On top of it's Cost Effective and they have a great support team too. It has helped us bring down RTO and even convert some COD orders to Prepaid too.
