I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with Shiprocket's services. Despite reaching out multiple times via phone calls and emails, my issues remain entirely unresolved. The support agents I have interacted with seem ill-equipped to understand my concerns and have failed to provide any viable solutions.
Very disappointing support experience. I reported a critical issue with the Buy Now button on my product page, but after waiting several days, I received no response at all. Timely support is essential for any business, especially when store functionality is affected. Due to the lack of communication and assistance, I decided to uninstall the app and cancel my trial. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this service based on my experience.
