WORST APP experience. Tried setting it up but every time I tried to save, it showed “Something went wrong” without pointing to any specific issue or field. Ended up wasting a lot of time. UI configuration is extremely poor and confusing. There’s no proper in-app support so you’re stuck figuring things out on your own. To make it worse after uninstalling, I received an AI-generated call that was hard to understand and completely unhelpful. Full of glitches and a terrible user experience. I would not recommend this app at all.
Shiprocket Smart Cart has been really helpful. Neeraj Adhikari from the Shiprocket team has been really helpful right from getting the cart installed to explaining the features of it. Getting such good support from Neeraj has been key in smooth execution. Thanks Shiprocket for such a wonderful feature!
Fastrr Cart is a solid checkout app that has all the features I require. I experienced a few bugs early on, but everything is running very smoothly now. The support follow-up can be a bit slow, but they are highly effective and definitely resolve your problems. Specifically, I want to thank Saksham for the excellent help in getting my issues fixed!
Very smooth and great addition with lot of features with capability of cross sell. This greatly increased our conversion.
