The cart experience is smooth, easy to manage, and has helped us improve the overall shopping flow for our customers. Pathetic company! They are oblivious to what's happening. Fastrr is anything but faster! ZERO support, ZERO answerability. Absolutely pathetic experience!
We’ve had a great experience with Fastrr. The service has been reliable, efficient, and easy to work with. And having used other checkouts I can say this opens everywhere even in low network areas. But what really sets Fastrr apart for us is the account management. I would particularly like to call our my KAM Ashwani Kumar who has been an exceptional support — always speedy, responsive, and quick to resolve anything that comes up. He’s also proactive in suggesting ways for us to optimise our costs and save money, rather than simply managing the account. Having a great service is one thing, but having someone like Ashwani who genuinely understands the business and is always willing to help makes a big difference. Highly recommend Fastrr, especially for the quality of support and account management.
Their support team is honestly the worst I have ever experienced from any company. They don’t seem to have any proper process or rules regarding who will handle or access the account when there is an issue. 1 STAR IS MORE FOR YOU
Very bad experience with Shiprocket's sales team. Before payment, the sales person promised that ₹2,999 would give us checkout for 100 orders. I asked him 4–6 times to confirm, and he said yes every time. After I paid, he changed his statement and said the plan is valid for only 1 month. This was never told before payment. This is clear mis-selling. I have requested a full refund. Other merchants, please get everything in writing before you pay.
