However, there have been issues reported, such as integration problems with Shopify due to cancelled orders, leading to difficulties in syncing orders with the app. Users are waiting for a resolution to this issue.

With ShipTime, we can offer fair shipping rates, customers can choose their service and carrier, and get their shipping rate immediately at checkout. Best of all, the integration enables our customer to receive their tracking number and fulfilment status without any extra work at our end. Notifications come promptly, invoices and reports are easy to understand and send on to our accounting. The setup was relatively easy, and Heroic Support helped me ensure it was done correctly.
Integration with Shopify blocked by a cancelled order, which did not allow to sync the orders with this app. Waiting for resolution.
