Great support from Osman in the tech team when needed

I got this app so I can charge different postage rates for Zone 1, 2 and 3 postcodes in Australia. Shopify doesn't natively support conditional pricing by postcode. So I've installed this app, my postcode list for Zone 3 was HUGE and exceeded the capacity that this app could handle, and Osman fixed it pretty much immediately!!! I've got 3 different rules, all with 1,000+ postcodes each, and they are all working (I've tested). Thanks so much!!

They’ve been helping me throughout the whole day with an issue I was trying to solve, and their support has been incredibly patient, kind, and helpful. What impressed me the most is that when I needed some additional filters that weren’t available, I asked them about it and they actually worked on adding them to help with my use case. They’ve really been doing their best to understand the problem, find solutions, and improve the app along the way. The support team is genuinely nice, responsive, and willing to help. Osman and the team were super helpful! They resolved issues that other app developers couldn't. Such an easy to use and reliable app to customise the shipping methods at checkout. I highly recommend it!
