The prices are fair and the range of products is mostly fine - depending on the product category. Some products like phone cases for instance are only covering very few older models. This is not a dealbreaker though. The real downsides stem from the lack of support who did let us down on multiple important occasions. We often do not receive an answer at all or many days later. This is not a solid base to run an online store.
