CHIMPS WORLD review for Shirtigo: Print‑on‑Demand

The app and its functionalities are quite good. Installation is smooth and not invasive. However after 4 months of repeatedly sending important inquieries via message and email to Shirtigo and not getting any response at all (except when we made a phonecall why messages weren't responded an operator told us to be patient and that all emails would be answered within 48 hours -which hadn't happened and didn't happen), and having had to refund 4 orders, we regretfully decided Shirtigo was not a businesspartner -supplier for our company, and removed the app & products altogether. *Update: after communicating with Shirtigo management we are reinstalling the Shirtigo app and will be placing a few trial-orders to check if & how a mutually successful collaboration can be achieved. We'll update this post as results come out and adjust our rating accordingly.
