App was working fine and now it won't generate any prompts I give it to build sections, I keep getting errors saying this: ApiClient::NotFoundErrorError streaming section Once app is fixed and working as intended I will change my star rating...

Frustrating. To be fair, I come from a WordPress background where I can easily build whatever I want in Elementor (preferred), or WP Bakery, or Divi, etc. On the surface, the ai section builder is super cool. Give it prompt and it builds the whole thing out! In certain cases, this has been super handy. But two biggish caveats: 1) This is probably the biggest one - once the ai has built your section, you cannot have it MODIFY what it builds. If you find something is missing, it rebuilds the ENTIRE thing from scratch! What's even more surprising is that when it happens, it may or may not re-build it the exact same way it did the first time. Even if you give it explicit instructions like "rebuild this exactly the same as it is now, except add X or change Y" The result, is I have burn a LOT of time (HOURS) having it rebuild a section multple times is various prompt versions to try and get exactly what I need. And these have been situations where I could have custom build what I needed in WP in less than an hour. You might be 99% there but not have a setting to adjust the padding. Too bad, start over. NOW IF you have coding chops, then you can go in the back end and then custom modify the code yourself to fix these little things. But to me, that rather defeats the purpose of the builder and those are not skills I have. 2) This goes to the above - the tool is only as good as the one wielding it. That means you better make sure to include everything you need in your prompt, while at the same time not giving it too much detail or information or else it gets a bit confused or carried away. The ai takes a lot of liberty which can be good or not. It sometimes adds a additional custom settings or features you didn't think of (cool!) but also often DOESN'T add them, even if you are asking specifically. So....you love LOVE this, or you might find it super duper frustrating and a huge time suck. You just have to try it and see how it works for you.
---UPDATE - Thu 13th Nov, 2025--- Hi again, I wanted to update the reply as I checked this further for you, and while analyzing your store and account, it looks like no section was created using our Section Builder app. Please correct me if I am missing something here. Looking at our internal sessions, the furthest you got was installing the app and landing on the pick-a-plan page. While we appreciate the review and the feedback, we are a bit confused and wanted to seek additional feedback on your use case. The app does allow users to continue editing from previous comments. Was there a confusion, perhaps, with a different app here? I am reaching out to you via the same email thread as well, and we will appreciate it if you could reply to us. The AI section builder would allow you to edit the existing section from the dashboard, and would enhance or update the section and the code based on the new instructions. This means it will modify the section once you have built it. I am sorry to hear that you had trouble and spent time rebuilding the section multiple times.
