We found ShopAgain to be smooth, reliable, and feature-packed. While I do not have a large email list yet, we are able to make good use of the upsell and cross-sell widgets. Reporting is pretty clean and support is friendly. Even though we are fairly new in our journey, ShopAgain has been really helpful for my store.

Top-notch app. I have tried multiple apps for email marketing, but the results with ShopAgain have been stellar. Integration and setup are fast, support is really responsive, the analytics are detailed, and, most importantly, it's easy to get started and see decent results within the first couple of weeks.

We love this app and have only scratched the surface of the large feature set. We are currently using it to capture abandonments and it's doing a fantastic job. The app developers are some of the most responsive and will hold your hand through implementation exceptionally well. Can't say enough good things about them.

Well designed interface, solid features, and a great onboarding experience. I particularly like the segmentation feature, and the drag and drop email editor. I tried their SMS & email campaigns and it was quite straightforward. Didn't take me much time to create my first campaign. Good one!

So far ShopAgain has been quite easy to setup and use. As someone who's has a lot on their plate and not a lot of free time to learn a new tool, ShopAgain is intuitive and easy to pick up. Whenever I had questions, I could get in touch with a real person on support in just a few mins and even schedule a call for more complex questions or workflows.

Recently started using ShopAgain, and the experience has been great. The support team is skilled and friendly, and the features of the app are easy to use. I am yet to try out their upsell widget but everything else looks solid.

I have tried multiple apps for marketing automation and ShopAgain is definitely is among the best ones. Very intuitive to use and I was able to find my way around in the very first session itself. Their support staff, specially Puja, was very helpful and friendly. Looking forward to exploring all of the features in detail.

Shopagain is the best! The staff is very responsive and always addresses questions and any issues promptly. I love being able to speak with someone and they have gone above and beyond to address all my questions and even helped with other issues not directly related to their product. Highly recommend them to replace other email providers as well as great analytics and website tools.

Too many apps promise to be very easy but rarely deliver. ShopAgain is among the very few that deliver. I just start the campaigns that ShopAgain provides. I like their weekly performance emails. Haven't seen any other app doing that so well. Great customer support. Highly recommended.

If you're looking for an all in one email and sms app this is it. I've previously used multiple popular apps and paid quite a bit more for less than what Shop Again offers. Not only is their segmentation and analytics advanced for greater data mining, their automatic campaigns are simple to set up and functionality is everything you need. With Roshan's help, I was able to add sms transactional messaging as well. This has reduced my app need to a single one which is incredibly important for page speed times. I would highly recommend this app!

ShopAgain has made my life much easier. I don't like installing too many apps in my store. Emails, popup, SMS, bestsellers widget - they do it all for me. Love their dashboard analytics. Customer support was always there when I need it.

In May, my 40% revenue came from ShopAgain's drip campaigns. I love this app. Easy to use, strong reporting, and does not require me to do much to get things going. I like that their recommendation is available both for emails and my store. I have used Omnisend, Klaviyo, and Mailchimp before. But it is much easier for me to use ShopAgain.

The DATA alone is worth the gold that this app provides. The dashboard shows in-depth sales and customer data at a glance while also comparing to previous periods. But that's not all it's for. The SMS feature in ShopAgain has FINALLY solved my previous issues of trying to connect a Zap to my email provider while also staying compliant with sending and timing. Bonus - ShopAgain is cheaper than the other SMS app I was using, plus it's an all-in-one place that keeps all the moving parts tight and working properly. Above all, the customer support with this app is amazing. I get quick responses to my questions and careful set up in making sure my campaigns are working correctly. I appreciate all the attention to detail the support team has been giving me. I've only scratched the surface in utilizing all the functions of ShopAgain but I look forward to all the ways it can help streamline our business.
