ShopSTR ‑ Book Everything
The reviews for ShopSTR are mixed, with both positive and negative aspects highlighted by users. On the positive side, users appreciate the app's functionality for unit bookings and the prompt and helpful customer support provided by the team. The platform offers many options for implementing on websites and changing listings, making it easy to work with. However, on the negative side, some users have faced issues with bugs in translations, delays in promised features, and overall instability of the app. The lack of essential features for day-to-day operations in the vacation rental space and the time-consuming process of managing multiple properties have also been mentioned as drawbacks.

Die Idee hinter ShopSTR ist gut – die Umsetzung leider nicht. Vor der Installation wurden mir mehrere Features als essentiell zugesichert. Mehr als ein halbes Jahr später warte ich immer noch darauf. Auf konkrete Fragen nach Workarounds kommt schlicht keine Antwort. Dazu kommen Bugs in den Übersetzungen, die den Buchungsflow direkt stören – inakzeptabel für ein Plugin, das im internationalen Tourismus eingesetzt werden soll. Ergebnis nach mehreren Monaten Betrieb: null Direktbuchungen. Gerne ändere ich meine Bewertung, sobald geliefert wird, was versprochen wurde. Bis dahin: aktuell nicht zu gebrauchen.
In short, the app and platform work great for us as a holiday rental company, there's many options to implement on your website, and tons of options to change in your listing. In our case, we needed some help getting something setup that was not available as a feature yet. We reached out and the support responds very fast, with clear explanations, and it doesn't take long for them to develop/ fix code. The team behind Shopstr seem hardworking and dedicated!
Shop Str Has the best booking by far these guys really know what they’re doing and their communication in the inbox really helped me out. Thank you you guys!
