This app has made our world a lot easier, from reducing calls into our location, de-escalating customer issues, keeping customers informed and knowledgeable, and making it easy for us to pinpoint keywords that are customers are having questions about.

What an app! ShopBot has handled a lot of our customer service issues over the past few weeks. Customer service questions that would take a few hours to handle due to the size of ur team now takes a few seconds. If you alre looking for a free/cost-effective solution for most Customer Service related tasks, this is the app! It also supports multiple languages!

We've been using Shopbot for a while now and it's been amazing! It was a smooth onboarding with only one hiccup, but the support team was very quick to respond. It definitely saves us a lot of time.

We have been using ShopBot since its release, and it's made our customer service amazing both before and after a purchase. Our customers always got frustrated using the previous store assistant app, but somehow this assistant is has served our customers amazingly. 100% recommend honestly.
