It has potential to be great, would help if i can mass edit items instead of refreshing the page 5 times per item

You can create a QR code, but there are pretty much no modifications available. 1 - it's a hang tag design, not even a basic square. 2 - you can't add your logo. The 1980s are calling, they want their QR codes back. There are dozens of apps in Shopify app store that are so much better.... With 10,000 employees, this is the best you can do?

Not entirely sure why this app ONLY works for products. This should be able to link to ANY url/ page/ blog/ collection etc on the website, and even our email sign up page. Lame.

I would like the QR code to take the customers to the entire website, not just to a particular product in case they want to browse the entire site.

Decent app, would be better with editable text 'scan to shop' would be better saying 'scan to buy'........better still would be the ability to make a full swing label.

The app works well to link products and create QR codes easily. But the apps lacks the ability to link a collection pages, or any other site in the shop (blogs, etc) to a QR code. Add this functionality and its a great app!

App works well, but when scanned the prompt should name the actual store it is for, not Shopify. The code currently says "tap here to go to qr.shopify.com". I don't know if that's a unique problem or that's how it works with all stores.

Good Initiative. It would be great if you could have algo collections or even frontpage qr generation, so shopify can direct track visitors results.

A new way to advertise our products. What I did with this, When I download the image I open it. Into an app on my computer. And put a text on QR code reader and I name it for a product. When I scan the code bring me right to page so a customer can start to order their gift. I have already placed a code on my google plus page. my other social media. This is a way of future to do business everyone is buy things on their phone or tablet. I see my children do this all time. when they want to buy something.They get code will give them a discount too. Charlene Personalized-Unique-Gifts.com

This would be so great if it generated artwork you could add to your own label or marketing materials. As it is, it gives you a code that has artwork around it, which is kind of unhelpful in terms of integrating into print.

Great idea! We have been wanting to implement QR codes for a while, and having to handle it via multiple 3rd parties makes tracking actual customer use tedious. Now, it is all in one place within our store, and minimal effort is required to check on its successful. Great work Shopify, as usual!
