0 stars!!! Upon install of the app, text does not go through at all to anyone. tried testing several people without the txt being delivered. emailed support 10 days ago without a response. DO NOT USE THIS APP!

Hi there, thank you for your feedback. We are truly sorry for the frustrating experience you encountered and we appreciate you bringing these issues to our attention. To shed light on why the texts failed, our app operates under the A2P 10DLC standard, which governs all Application-to-Person (A2P) messaging sent over standard 10-digit phone numbers in the US and Canada. Mobile carriers established these rules to reduce spam and protect consumers. Compliance is mandatory and involves a few key steps: Brand & Campaign Registration: We must register your business and the specific purpose of your texts (e.g., shipping updates, marketing) with The Campaign Registry. Recipient Consent: You must have documented, explicit consent from anyone you send a message to. Adherence to Policies: All messages must follow carrier policies, including providing clear opt-out instructions (e.g., "Text STOP to cancel"). It appears the registration for your account was rejected by the carriers, which blocked outgoing messages. We have processed a full refund for you. We are now building a new notification system to clearly communicate the status of A2P verification to all our users during onboarding and beyond.

I was having high hope about this app but somehow I can hear the person that I call but they cannot hear me. Same when they call me I cannot hear them. I emailed three times but only with one reply asking what version of the app I was using and it the app I just install from the app store. Please look into this because I have to change the phone number. Thank you. I am updating the review as finally Shopdigits reached out and said they are just a small company and was under attack in past few days to fix the debug and yesterday 2/28/2024 they fixed the audio issue I have experienced and said will work on the keypad feature soon. As long as communication line between merchant and app is open then it is good, I am small business too so I do not want to let a mistake of oversight that they did to harm their business nor mine. Since problem is fixed and they seem honest "right now" that I am changing my rating. Thank you.

Excellent customer service that is very responsive to questions. App is easy to use and works as expected. Very nice feature that allows you to see customer order history when they call. Would highly recommend this app.
