We've been using this for quite some time and it's a great app with wonderful customer service. But it just changed from free to paid and the prices are high. We like it so much we're trying to see what we can do to continue using it (and the developers are kindly working with us on that), but it's definitely a huge challenge to go from free and works great to facing hundreds of dollars a year to get to use.

Such a creative way to do a fun and rewarding loyalty program. Love that you can customise the app to suit your store and branding. Steve, the founder, is super kind and helpful :) Would defiantly recommend this app for your store!

BY FAR the best part of this app is their commitment to your brand. Their on-going support and willingness to be flexible and update the core functionality of the app to be compatible with your needs is just a nice bonus. We just installed the app but it has been super easy and the response to questions around installing has been excellent and timely. We wanted something simple and sweet, and this concept works well for a food brand. Looks like this app will continue to evolve with new features and integrations being added over time. We're looking forward to seeing the impact!

I have installed this few days ago, and the app keeps giving 500 Internal Server error. Can's even uninstall the app as the admin page isn't opening at all.
