再入荷の問い合わせが増えたのでこのアプリを設置しました。テーマを外部依頼でカスタムしていた為か、設置がうまくできず、問い合わせた所、メールサポートとコラボレータ―アカウントで最終的には直接設置してくれました。サポートが充実していて助かりました。

お問い合わせ先がないのでメール送信の件数など確認したいことが質問できません。 通常のアプリであれば質問の送り先やChatがあると思うのですが、平日でもレスがないのでサポート面で若干心配になります。サポートさえしっかりしてくれれば使いやすいかもしれないのに・・
