Conceptually, it's excellent. The only issue is that they would treat refunds for high-risk orders and out-of-stock items as returns and keep raising the percentage charged to each insured order, which is absurd. They calculate risk based on the number of refunded orders, not the sum of the returned amount, so this product might not benefit merchants selling higher-ticket items. The customer service staff is accommodating but could only do little with cases like these.
