お客様の住所入力エラーや漏れをWMSに連携時にエラーが発覚して、お客様と連絡を取り合って修正したり・・・そのうちに発送日が遅れてしまったり。その悩みがこのアプリで9割ほど解消されました。住所エラーはほとんどなくなり運用もそうですが、お客様にもご安心をて提供できています。
