The app offers seven types of input fields including text, text area, numeric, date, dropdown, radio buttons, and checkboxes, with options for setting required fields and input restrictions. It is user-friendly with settings managed through the admin panel without the need to edit theme code. The app supports displaying input fields based on specified collections and is available in Japanese for both the admin panel and support.
