Shopify Bundles

Doesn't fetch the updated product price.

This app gets such a bad rep and honestly surprises me because it does exactly what I need without the added monthly cost. Not everyone is looking to upsell, create your own bundles and/or have fancy front end UI. All I need is the backend bundle sync so that I can use my active stock, and create kits with those products. Best of all, at checkout my customers can see what is included in the kit, and when I look at the order, it tells me exactly what I'm packing inside. When all other apps charging minimum £15 a month for mostly fancy frontend UI that I don't want/need, or maximum orders before being pushed into a new expensive plan, but yet don't even have a simple feature for backend bundling to keep your inventory synced for a bundled kit I put together, using my own products... Pff. No way in hell I'm paying for that. Yes, this app is basic and could do with an upgrade so it's easier to create custom variants within the bundle (so that I can sell different multiples of a selected product, dependant on my customers requirements) but so far this the best FREE app, that works for me and I'm thankful for it.

I keep trying to use this. For simple kits that we make, it would be great EXCEPT it doesnt bring over the imagery - so you basically have to redo all the work you did originally.

Insanely limited, except for the most simple bundles. Limited to 3 options in each bundle, which means If you have only two products, with two options each - say 2 T-shirts, each with a Style and Size option, you can't use it. Also, only supports 100 potential variations on the bundle page. So, even if you combine the T-shirt options into a single option with 12 variants (from the previous example, 2 styles x 6 sizes = 12 variants), it still won't work because with two T-shirts in the bundle, 12 x 12 = 144 variants. This is only useful for the absolutely simplest bundles of products without variants or with a tiny number. So limited that the only option to create reasonable bundles of products with variations is a paid app, and I don't know about you, but I can only have so many $10-20/month apps before the shop costs too much a month to make any money. Shopify needs to add appropriate bundle functionality to their core, like other shopping cart systems.

Horrible. Horrible Experience. Both with the app, and the dev team. Word to the wise - DON'T even think of trying to bundle digital and physical products together in a bundle. This will 100% break your checkout and Shopify PLUS support will acknowledge error but not offer solution to fix. AVOID

Es traumante crear bundle y que aparezca en la web agotado , tras haber stock en todos los productos no se porque aparecen agotados en la web, parecia buena aplicacion , pero no se porque tiene estos fallos; siendo de Shopify deberia funcionar mejor ......

This app is very handy for grouping together products and pulling in the pricing of each individual component. It also pulls in the weight for courier plug-ins as well. The only downside I have with it currently is not being able to organize which variant selection is more important. For us, we want customers to choose colour then size, but it is locked in to size then colour.

Easy to setup and to join multiple products together.

Es ist nicht möglich ein Produkt als Option mit der Menge 0 oder 1 hinzuzufügen. Beispiel: Wir verkaufen Inspektionspakete und hier soll der Kunde wählen können ob er seinen Antriebsriemen schon bei der kleinen Inspektion mitmachen möchte oder nicht. Daher möchte ich die Wahl geben diesen hinzuzufügen oder halt nicht. Ich kann aber nur Mengen 1 oder mehr wählen... undurchdacht...

If you sell anything else than single variant products & need SKU for the product - just check some other app

The app works as it should but it has it´s flaws. 1 The app makes it possible bundle prododucts but unfortunately the size of the bundle is presented with the product name followed by "(Quantity)" which of course is utterly confusing - since it refers to the quantity per bundle NOT the quantity of bundles to order. Naturally wording should be "(Qty/pack)" etc... 2 If you, as I had, need convert all products from standard to Bundle products there is no way to transfer data over - and there is no batch handling of data - very time consuming.

I've been using the app for 6 months. It has an issue where you can attempt to bundle an existing product and can't save it simply because the title contains a slash, which Shopify allows -- for some reason Bundles doesn't. I was told it should be fixed as validation rules should align. No luck so far. Very frustrating. UPDATE: 3 months later, no fix. They didn't even open a ticket. Also, minimal data is transferred from the products to the bundle. It all has to be reentered.

When there is personalization at Bundle level like "Name', it cannot be seen on Shopify Mobilke application.
