when you add a new colour variant to a product included in a bundle, it breaks the bundle

Seems really nice at the beginning but it is really limited and many stuff is not working as it should. I wanted to sell a bundle of 3 posters with 3 sizes but i ended up with 27 variants to update the price as i wanted to sell the bundle for less than the indivual price combined. Yeah instead of being smart and take the individual price of each size and calculating the total during item selection, it creates a variant for each possible combination. It's insaine !!! I just wanted the customers to select a set of poster of the same size not a combination of any size for any poster so only 3 variants but it is not possible despite what the chatbot told me...

We recently shipped an improvement to allow repeat bundle options such as size and color to be combined (https://changelog.shopify.com/posts/combine-repeat-bundle-options). Combining bundle options frees up additional options too. Please take a look at the feature to see if it helps with your issue. Can't use based on these reviews. Surely most merchants creating bundles will want to price a bundle so its less than the items together when not bundled. Seems like it us not.

Bundles that I've created, were initially working, suddenly without any apparent triggers begin showing 0 inventory/ availability, even though their constituent products are all in stock. If I go and edit the bundle, by removing a product, saving, and then re-adding the same product, and re-saving, then suddenly it shows the inventory again. It's always been doing this randomly since I installed it I noticed, but now, having been to busy to check in the last few months, I just discovered it was the case with all of the bundles in my shop. The impact being that these last months, no one could buy these products from us online.

If you create a bundle and later on adjust the pricing of the one of the items in the bundle, the total price of the bundle does not change and remains the same. How is it even possible that they did not think about updating the price of the bundle listing if an item in the bundle changes in price?

For os er det alfa omega at vores bundles kan komme med ud i vores feed på Google, og det kan tilsyneladende ikke lade sig gøre med denne app. Derfor har vi flere forskellige andre apps til denne opgave. Men ville da foretrække at anvende Shopifys egen, hvis den havde de fornødne funktioner.

RUBBISH!! So disappointed as I spent a whole day creating these bundles only to find out it doesnt publish to FB or Google sales channels (?!). Also, it messes up your packing slips as the bundles are not shown as bundles but as separate producs (lots of customer confusion). The worst app we have ever tried. Talked to support and they could - of course - not help.

This is more of a review of what I was told it would do. In shopping around for a new POS, our Shopify salesperson assured us we could use Bundles as a tool to receive inventory, as our inventory often comes in packs to be broken down. Shopify only allows one barcode, and because we use more than one barcode, one for the item and one for the package, she assured us that we could use this in Stocky to receive bundled merch. It was a lie. But she did sell us on Shopify POS. I really wish we had gone with someone else.

The app will show the bundles as OUT OF STOCK on Collection pages if you don't select the option to "sell when it's out of stock"... It means you CAN'T MANAGE THE STOCK!! I lost 3 days trying to solve the issue with SUPPORT TEAM, but was useless... Ridiculous!!!!

Hi Mays Store, If the "sell when it's out of stock" option is disabled, the bundle's availability depends on the lowest inventory quantity among all the products included in the bundle. Absolute rubbish. Spent hours creating new bundles only to find out that the new bundled products can't be published to FB or Google sales channels. What good is a product on a website if you can't market it!!!

The app doesn’t work. If you try to delete a bundle, it deletes all the variants of the underlying products inside.

The limits are to great to consider this app. You can only have 3 variants or 100 options. For stores with large bundle options, this doesn't make sense for " large catalogs". It's not a product page so I cant push bundles to other platforms, so google shopping, amazon or ebay I cant sell the same " kit/bundle" Good idea, but not what consuming like us need by the reviews.

Buggy as hell. Basic coding issues that Shopify are not addressing. Why not Shopify? It's your app after all. Go elsewhere unless you enjoy frustration... (Note - yes Shopify did reach out but guess what? Problems are still there so no change...)

Bundles don't work with my theme anymore. They used to work with the theme before the latest Shopify update in December. Shopify won't support it by fixing the issues and says it's my theme's problem, effectively saying we have to hire a developer to make our theme work with this app, basically a no-go. Not really a usable option and not worth the time to test out until Shopify decides to support it.

The idea is great to combine individual SKU's into bundles but the app works only when both the individual SKU's are showing same qty. Even 1 sku goes down by 1 number, the bundle shows that combo as not available instead of showing the minimum available qty of any sku in the bundle as the combo qty. Hope this is sorted out. Uninstalled as it lead to our combo's showing out of stock most of time.

Bundles is EXACTLY what Shopify needs to add to their platform. With products being limited to 3 variants and no way to have "add-on" items, this highly restricts custom products from being sold on the Shopify platform. There are 3rd party apps for multi-variants, but they do not work natively with shopify, break with shopify updates, do not work with the shopping cart and customer emails without LOTS of custom code, and do not work at all in Shop App. In comes this "bundles" app. Theoretically, solving all of my issues by natively supporting bundles. However....big issues: Issues: 1. Any update to an underlying product will cause the bundle to break 2. You cannot rearrange the order of the products 3. The drop down form is not customizable 4. Renaming the items or changing any little detail will cause the whole bundle to be remade 5. Doesn't exactly work with the shopping cart (no descriptions) I would give this 0 out of 5 stars. Shopify NEEDS this feature badly but has failed to create a usable Bundles management app. Shopify: Please please please prioritize a bundles management app. Scrap this one and make something robust from the ground up!

Maximum 3 options? My main bundle includes 2 products, each of which has 2 options (size and colour). Thats 4 options total. However the app limits to 3 options in total, so I can't even bundle my best seller with second best seller! PLEASE FIX! (and email me when it's done;))
