Shopify Bundles

Disappointing app... The bundle idea is a great idea. The main issue is that it doesn't allow the customer to know what's included in the bundle.. This might work well in a very basic situation, but this app needs work.

I created a very simple package to start with, consisting of just 2 products, with 3 colors and 5 sizes each. In other words, a very basic package in our clothing segment. Even so, it has already exceeded the variant limit. Disappointing experience, very limited app, and it doesn't take into account the reality of many segments.

Terrible App. Doesnt even work. We added the bundles and it always said products are out of stock eventho we had stock on all products. Shopify Support said its an issue with the theme which is a joke considering it has nothing to do with the front end and only with the backend. Absolute Joke

It worked well with POS until this changed recently and suddenly it became incompatible with POS? This affected the whole set up of the store which was heavily reliant on this app.

Variant limitation makes this feature useless. For sure when you bundle products where each product has variants but at the end you still have the 3 variant limitation who should this work. Remove the variant restrictions. Additional paid apps are not the solution!

The products you create with the bundle will not fall out of your inventory. Is this a joke? You use the world's biggest e-commerce software. And the bundle application does not work properly. Even the most ridiculous ecommerce software doesn't have a bundle inventory problem. I can't understand Shopify's negligence here. Having built my infrastructure on Shopify from the beginning, I will continue to use it for a while. But if this nonsense continues, I will definitely delete it. Imagine a company that directs you to paid applications for every broken infrastructure problem. Its name is Shopify.

Buggs please fix this! size chart missing when installing bundles app - problems with upsell apps

Seems helpful at first, then you find the glaring issues that Shopify refuses to fix: You cannot sell bundled items on ANY sales channel including SHOPIFY POS! No FB. No Google. No IG. No Pinterest. The items simply do not migrate. Shopify support knows this problem. Because these issues directly and significantly impact sales, there are multiple blog posts regarding this issue. Shopify has not fixed it. Do not use this app.

Let me be clear, you cannot assign a custom shipping profile to a bundle created by this app! WTF??? so let's say you create a bundle and want to offer free shipping, forget it. Serious issues, avoid..wasted days

I’m really frustrated with the Shopify Bundles app. It doesn’t make any sense that we can’t just take an existing product and turn it into a Bundle. We’ve already got a bunch of Bundles set up with another app, and having to create new products just to use with the Shopify Bundles app means we’d lose all the sales history for those products. This is causing us a lot of unnecessary hassle. It would be so much easier if we could just convert existing products into Bundles without losing any data.

If you have an inventory location that does not allow sales, this bundle app will sell inventory from this location.

Another expected, underwhelming and useless app shopify provides. Why would the bundle not be out of stock if ONE product is out of stock? That is a crucial piece of information to know. Just useless…customers don’t buy the bundle to receive ONE product only but because they want THE bundle of products. Shopify again puts the merchant on the back foot and the merchant need to manage customer expectations. I do wonder who comes up with this none sense…

it's EXTREMELY limited in what it can do and what can be customized.

Everything is ok, except the fact that you can't enable the sales channels like google, facebook, Instagram.. This makes the plugins useless

Seems as though this app still needs a ton of work. I have two simple variants for each of my products (2 size options). I can't bundle 4 products because apparently this creates too many variants. I attempted to go around this by just allowing the customer to select the size on the first product, but that doesn't work either.

I would not recommend this App at all, the most important option is left out . After creating a bundle the first thing I need to know is how much the products in the bundle cost, instead Shopify is asking me how much they cost, as if I did not already add the products cost when they where created. No, I do not recommend it all.

Not useable in my opinion. The first 'bundle' I set up presented all the sizes of both products to the customer, but does not indicate which sizes are sold out. It isn't until the customer adds to cart that the app says 'sold out'. The customer is going to leave and not come back!

This app is absolute trash. Most notably, Shopify Bundles DOES NOT WORK with subscriptions. But they don't make it clear AT ALL. So you get to launch it and find out for yourself. So fun!!! It's such a shame that someone in a garage can make better apps than Shopify. So disappointing.

Does not work in all sales channels, specifically the shop channel and this causes us major issues.
