I moved across from Klavyio in order to save money. Whilst Klavyio is more advanced i don't use the segments. Just use it for newslettes and flows. I was a little nervous about moving to Shopify mail and Automations but so far it's working and im sure Shopify will improve these items even more in the future. I had 25,000 subscribers in Klavyio and its kills me they want to charge me $500 US a month. Sure it converts but i found an alternative which is easy to use and does the trick for a few bucks. I did try to downgrade / suppress a bunch of customers in Klavyio but that was almost impossible for me to do. They just kept asking for $500 US each month.
