I can't send due to an upper limit error even though I haven't sent 5 messages It cannot be used as it is, so please support it.

Hey there, Charlotte here from Shopify Support. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. At the moment, the Shopify Email app has a limit of 5 email campaigns per week. This resets every 7 days at 12:00 pm UTC. You can learn more about this limit here: https://bit.ly/36Uv9i2 I'm really sorry to hear of the struggles you were facing.
