Tim is great! His customer service is top of the line . we asked to have some custom software made and he nailed it right on the head best developer i have ever worked with i would recommend Tim to any one who is looking for a solution for their problems.

Tim has been GREAT!!! Every business is a little different and he has been fantastic about making some changes to the app that help it work better for us. We have a brick and mortar store that has a shared inventory with our website. Managing that without overselling on the website is no small task. This app has allowed us to manage the website and keeping it in sync with Intuit POS effectively and fairly easily. We have been wanting a website for years and haven't really been able to incorporate that until now....thanks to this app!!! If you use Intuit POS, Quickbooks, or both (like we do) then I HIGHLY recommend this app!

AMAZING! We use Quickbooks POS, Quickbooks Accounting and Shopify, We have tried unsuccessfully and with a lot of frustration to get these to talk back and forth with inventory... Unsuccessfully with ALOT of frustration... This app fixed all of that and Tim spent time with us ON A WEEKEND to get it up and running. I can not tell you how much time and aggravation this will save us not to mention the over selling headaches!

Our store utilizes two apps from MKP Software... this SHOPLINK INTEGRATOR as well as a "QB-POLLER" app. The integrator app allows us to take data from Shopify and create physical sales receipts, sync financial data, and update inventory values from Shopify (online orders) into our Quickbooks point-of-sale. Then the poller app updates all of our inventory amounts (from hundreds of "in-store" brick and mortar sales) into our online store. This all happens practically in real-time. Both apps have been irreplaceable for us and the support from their technician (Tim) has been phenomenal. We've only had a couple of bugs to work out given our very unique needs; but everything has been set-up and perfected both seamlessly, professionally, and in a timely fashion. The apps not only save us countless hours by integrating hundreds of transactions between both programs... but the apps have drawn business to us in unforeseen ways as well (such as letting our LOCAL customers know first-hand when a popular item is getting low in stock). This has therefore drawn business to us in the physical sense too. Very impressed with both apps. Definitely worth the expense and very reasonably prices as well!

Shopfiy Integrator's ability to save great amounts of time and it's ease-of-use have been very valuable to me over the several months since I started using it. Equally as important, the level of service Tim provides couldn't be any better.

With a lot of research, our company decided to go with this app to help with our integration of a Shopify store that we are doing fulfillment for and our QuickBooks file. We are VERY happy with this app and with Tim (the developer) and how it works. Whenever I have questions, I can reach out and he answers them quickly. He also helped walk us through the entire setup so that it works to our specifications. I cannot recommend this app enough for people that need to integrate with QuickBooks. It is a quick setup and Tim is constantly improving it to work even better with Shopify.

Working with MKPSoftware is an amazing experience because of the professionalism and their ability to make the integration go smoothly. We are accounting neophytes so the transition required a lot of coordination. Plus, not only were we integrating Shopify, but we also wanted to integrate Amazon, and Ebay and our spa software into the same system. The support is phenomenal and I would highly recommend them. You will very happy.

if you are running a small business and using QB and not using this app you are missing a great tool. Talk about a time saver. Tim @ support is by fair the best in the business. No data entry mistakes. Fast (just process 103 orders in less than 5 mins. Simply the best tool I personally have used on a laptop.

The support provided by Tim has been absolutely perfect. Any issues or kinks get worked out quickly. The software works as promised. The software saves a tremendous amount of time and accurately imports all of your orders into Quickbooks saving valuable man hours.

This product, as well as the support we have received, is absolutely fantastic! It does everything promised and more. Just a few moths ago our store was drowning in duplicate orders and wasting time manually inputting sales from Shopify to Point of Sale. Using this software has made the whole process much faster and more efficient. Plus, Tim's support is possibly THE BEST I have ever experienced from a developer. Whenever we have problems with the program he is happy to advise, and ready to help us work things out. Regularly updates the software as well. Great product, great support!

Great program, great developer. Tim is helpful, easy to understand and willing to make any changes we request. We went with a more expensive QBooks import program for a time, but it was more trouble than it was worth and $100 more a month. We're back to Shopify Integrator in 2017 and love it. Also, you don't have to go on the internet to sync orders.

We needed an app that could connect our Intuit POS with Shopify without going through Quickbooks which we do not use. After several failed attempts with other apps we found Tim at Shopify Integrator. His app is everything he promised and his customer service is second to none. He was very hands on though out the installation and when ever we have a question is response is immediate. His unsolicited follow up calls and e-mails are reassuring. Very refreshing in today's world to find someone that seems to truly take pride in his product and cares about his customer. I would highly recommend Shopify Integrator to anyone in the market.

When I needed an app to import the orders into Quickbooks that I received with different currencies, I went straight to Tim to ask if he had anything and he showed me the Integrator. I have used Shoplink from Tim and continue to use it for another website and he has the absolute best customer service and always quickly solves any issues or problems I may run into. The Integrator is exactly what I needed and works very smoothly. I am very impressed and pleased. And of course, Tim continues to have the best customer service!

The Inventory Sync app has been a tremendous benefit to our business. It has made the process of reconciling our inventory seamless by ensuring that items sold in our brick and mortar store are removed from our website so that our customers can be assured that items listed on our website are available. As a small boutique retailer, the time saved by not having to manually reconcile our inventory is invaluable. With regard to customer service, Tim is the best. He responds immediately to inquiries and resolves any issues promptly. He is proactive in monitoring the performance of the software and will notify the customer if he sees any areas that may need attention. I am extremely pleased with the performance of this software.
