It is very flexible and powerful. There's no trouble sending out over 10,000 emails per month. Batches of 5,000 emails don't have to be staggered over a time period. I would like to see more control over the graphics in the body of the email. I really like the analysis that the app shows about the success of each email. (Open, click, bounce, purchase, unregister, etc.)
