I've been using the app for about a month now and i am constantly having the same issue where my orders from etsy aren't synching to my shopify store. Which is a HUGE problem to me. I need my inventory to be the same on both platforms. I've contacted support 3 times about the same issue already, they manually fix it every time but why does it keep happening? Sometimes the order syncs automatically, sometimes it takes a few minutes or even hours, and sometimes it doesn't sync at all. It's getting quite annnoying and I'm really considering finding another app at this point because it's enerving having the same issue over and over again especially when you're paying for this service. And their customer support sucks big time!
Hi, You started using our app since 1 month and you got the issue 3 times and in that 2 issue are with your product/variant mapping which you had to fix from your side and another time happened due to some server issue. However when ever you have reached out to us we responded promptly and fixed your issues. Also for this reasons you have asked app for 2 months free which is not fair at all. Finally you have asked for the refund and we immediately accepted for that. We are continuously working for betterment of the app. Our support team was available whenever you need. Thanks, ShopList.
