Rating this 5 stars based on the support. Owner/dev and small team are super responsive. They delivered some changes for us in no time at all which what really helpful. The product is still a wip but has promise. I love their autoingestion of all shopify data - including blogs and pages. Not sure everyone does that. Makes it easy for the small company that runs their tech stack by themselves.

The AI answers customer questions like a pro. It handles things like sizing and order tracking without me needing to step in. My customer support workload has dropped by at least 40%. Customers love the quick responses too.

Normally I don't write reviews. I only write reviews if a company really deserves it, in my opinion. Rui is a legend. I think less than 1% of shopify (third-party-app) support advisors are like him, but it's probably because he is the founder of his own app. This app works great and will become better day by day.

Shopily Guide has been an excellent addition to our site. Since installing it, customers can instantly find answers to frequently asked questions without waiting for a team response. While there are a few minor issues we hope to see resolved, the team has been very responsive to our questions and feature requests.
