Shopily Guide has been an excellent addition to our site. Since installing it, customers can instantly find answers to frequently asked questions without waiting for a team response. While there are a few minor issues we hope to see resolved, the team has been very responsive to our questions and feature requests.

I’ve tried quite a few chat apps, and Shopily Guide is by far the best! Super easy to set up and run. The recommendations are pretty good, and the interface is user-friendly. Plus, they offer the most affordable plans out there. Thanks for making our work so much easier!
