This app seems great however the session counting is inaccurate. I've had about 30 visitors to my site today but the dashboard is reading that I've had 700 sessions. This is concerning since they charge by session.
Hi, thank you for taking the time for the review, we appreciate your feedback, Now about the session counting it is important to note that in POP a session is defined as every time the script is loaded in your shop, this means that the script can be loaded multiple times during one customer visit by opening a new tab or entering the site twice.
