We use ShopSmart to enable our customers to quickly and effortlessly use images in search. The tool goes beyond standard image recognition by understanding context and style, so that our recommendations are highly relevant and personalized. The support team is also extremely resourceful since day 1. Great job guys!

Great app from ShopSmart! Very easy installation and highly responsive team for any installation questions. The page we've installed ShopSmart on has become one of our most visited pages yielding amazing results. Despite a lot of nuances in our product category the results provided by ShopSmart are on point and very helpful to the consumer.

ShopSmart is a great solution. The AI-powered product information is amazing. ShopSmart addresses any questions or concerns, expressed in natural language by our customer, that may not be covered in the product descriptions. It increased our customer satisfaction and conversion rate. ShopSmart is a new app but one with tremendous potential. Only in my wildest dreams did I ever imagine that an application could answer some of the complex comparative product questions that not only relate to products in my store, but is also capable of comparing my products to competitors in a nuanced, professional, and brand-precise manner. The recommendation engine is still learning some of the nuance of our catalog but I am thrilled overall with the results. The devs are highly responsive and very diligent about the installation and configuration of the app. They were even able to fix a technical issue created by another app in my Shopify stack! Great product made by talented people leveraging bleeding edge generative AI. What's not to love?
