I'd start by saying that the app itself is very good and works as advertised. Easy to use, good customization options and user-friendly for both merchants and website visitors. What follows is however genuine constructive feedback: despite all in all a positive experience, what I think is a HUGE let-down is that the floating botton, which is very very easy and convenient to set up, expands automatically every time a product page is loaded. I think this is really unnecessary and way too disruptive for website visitors considering that most of those actually interacting with the technology would be aware of it via other communication from the merchant. Both as a user and as a merchant I'd suggest a simple option for the button to only expand when clicked on rather than anytime a product is opened. The extra click contributes to consumer fatigue and may even be distracting. I attempted to contact the team Shopthru team to see if they could simply stop this from happening (it would work great if it was just like the homepage where the button does not expand automatically) and they replied fairly quickly but did not solve the problem. Nevertheless I recommend the app as it seems to be the best available option

At this point I had to leave some kinda review and enthusiasm for this app. Despite being amazing the first day I tried it several months ago, it has undergone numerous updates and improvements. Moreover, the developer behind it is truly exceptional. Literally so good. They consistently make themselves available to assist with any queries or requests. The app itself has proven to be incredibly valuable in granting exclusive benefits to holders of my NFT, thanks to its wide range of token-gated features. Whether you have a small or large project and wish to provide benefits through Shopify, I strongly recommend giving this app a try.

This is the best of all the tokengating apps. I would know because I tried literally every one. It has the slickest way of integrating the "Connect Wallet" button. Beyond that, and more importantly, it actually works! I couldn't get a single other tokengating app to actually recognize my tokens. And if that weren't enough, they have great customer service. Five stars. Would recommend.

I was able to get things working and it looks like it was related to my custom theme. I had to install the Dawn theme, publish it, then go into the Shopthru app settings and make my campaign, then swap back to my custom theme, although the widget still does not exist in the list. I tried this on a different store with a basic theme and everything worked great. I'm sure once I can get the widget in, I'll be all set. ------------------------ Previous review: Wasn't able to get this working at all. After installing, I could not navigate to any of the app sections without an error. Tried hard refreshing, logging out, clearing cookies/local storage, and no luck.

Great app to token gate products on our store using NFTs. It's super easy to set up and works with different wallets, including MetaMask, WalletConnect and Coinbase Wallet. Customer support is amazing, super quick to reply and incredibly helpful. Best solution we've found so far to be able to leverage NFTs to apply discounts and promos to our store!

once your shopthru campaign is active on the product of choice, there is nowhere to be seen of unlocking this product with the valid NFT. this was from an opensea nft. as a result, this is a time waster and does not work as advertised. this is the second web3 app that does not work. i wish shopify would properly validate these apps before allowing this app on their store. this just having paying shopify customers waste their time on these services. it is very amateurish with no adult in the room to oversee the quality of these things. i also find their support bot was empty on the general topics i was looking for. this is pure laziness in trying to make this work. what a waste of time.

Very nice app, easy to integrate and customize, clean UI. The support team is very responsive. I heard that many more features will come soon. You should jump in as fast as you can and ride the web3 wave ;)

Works really well, as stated by the developer - out of the box, with no code required. I would highly appreciate if there is an option to select a collection of products, not only single products, so that I don't need to constantly update the product selection when I do an exclusive product campaign.

After testing and using all other web3 shopify integrations, Shopthru was the one we decided to use for our store. It is by far the easiest and most reliable option to use for token-gating items & giving NFT exclusive discounts on items. Was really well received by our community! :)

Shopthru is by far the best token gated shop experience we’ve used to date. We’ve explored/used alternatives with PERCS, Manifold, and explored building our own custom experience. However, we ran into a bunch of Shopify API limit issues. Being we serve the streetwear market, we anticipated high demand with limited stock and needed a solution that would be able to handle our user demand. That’s where Shopthru came into play and is a true token gated experience. Great UX and the team is always there if you run into issues to have questions. Looking forward to seeing what other features the team will bring to the market!

This app should not be this good for being so early. It's the easiest to set up among all the token gating apps and is by far the smoothest. We just did our first token gated product drop and our holders were blown away! This app is incredible.

This is by far the best way I've found to use NFTs to give special access and discounts. I sell crypto related hats (nerdhats.com), so it's really perfect for me. WAGMI!
