Amazing app and incredible support! I’ve been testing several shoppable video apps, and ShopVid is by far the best one I’ve tried. Super easy to use, very lightweight for the store, and perfect for adding TikTok-style video carousels. What truly impressed me was the outstanding support. Audrey helped me step-by-step, increased the video limit, removed the watermark, and even upgraded the upload size so I could work with high-quality videos. Her help was fast, friendly, and honestly above anything I expected. If you’re looking for a shoppable video solution for your Shopify store, I definitely recommend ShopVid — and make sure to ask for Audrey, she’s amazing!

Best Experience with Shopvid shoppable video reels app - I was looking for this feature for a long time and i found it here on their app - The Support team is unbelievble cooperative , I was having issue with adding section and uploading videos - I contacted support team They help me upload all the videos and display section at my home - Cooperated with for at each sped and can,t believe they stood with me for 2 hours helping solve my problem - Best Support team i evere seen on Entire Internet -- One More thing they Have Bundle of related app for your store and all are top notch and Amazing ... Loved the Experience

Just one word Amazing! The execution was seamless, easy to setup and get it running. I was worried about the website speed, but I saw no impact on the performance of my website even after having videos! Love what Team Avada is doing! Special mention to Julie who was super helpful and kind enough to integrate the App better to our requirements.

Great app for showcasing videos with tagged products. The video slider with product tags is a brilliant idea, it looks engaging and can truly support sales. The app is intuitive. I encountered a small issue, but it was quickly resolved by Jade. The team is surprisingly friendly and flexible, for them, nothing is impossible, which is especially valuable for stores just starting out. Thank you!

Shopvid has been a huge help for my Shopify store! Its shoppable video feature lets me link products directly to videos, making it easy for customers to shop while watching—and I’ve already seen better conversion rates because of it. Even better was the support from Avery: I had a question about setting up the video displays, and Avery responded fast with clear fixes that got everything working perfectly. Super helpful app, top-notch support—5 stars!
