Excellent customer support, especially for Shopify Plus stores. They give you basically white glove service. They were able to solve issues with customer accounts and make our store credit functionality work perfectly.

Shopwaive is one of the best app experiences we've had. Sara and the support and dev team are very pleasant to work with, and are very quick with turnaround on suggestions and fixes! Overall I'm very impressed by the level of detail and attention in their responses to questions for our use case, indicating that they're clearly invested in making their product better in the long run.
