ShopWeDo is an essential part of the automation of our company. They focus on managing our stock, and ship the products to our customers both on Shopify, Bol.com and soon Amazon, so that we just don't have to think about it anymore. This is all the more true, since their software talks back to Shopify and Bol.com, so that the customers get notifications with the tracking code, all within the layout of their buying environment. This makes we can focus on all the other parts of the business; from the moment a customer makes a purchase, everything is automated. Worth mentioning also: the service is quick and personalized. Initially there were a few glitches, but they have quickly been solved, and now the operations run super smoothly. One thing left to improve would be a system that allows us to choose which logistics company to use per country / item size, manually, in a consistent way. All in all, super satisfied!
